My Guiding Principles

Sacred Vibrations By Siubhan was founded with the mission to help individuals find balance and healing through the practices of Sound Bath Healing, Yoga and Reiki. 

 Sacred vibrations are resonant frequencies and sounds believed to hold spiritual significance and healing properties. Across many cultures and spiritual practices, certain sounds and chants are used to facilitate meditation, healing, and a deeper connection with the divine. The idea is that everything in the universe, including human beings, is in a constant state of vibration, and by attuning to these sacred frequencies, individuals can achieve harmony, balance, and a heightened state of consciousness.

Every aspect of a sound bath with Sacred Vibrations is intentional from instrument choice to where and how it is played to cater to different energetic needs, whether it's grounding with deep drums, elevating with crystal bowls or soothing with chimes.

A Sound Bath is a still meditative practice so please bring anything that will make you comfortable.  Here are some suggestions

  • Yoga Mat
  • Blanket to lie on for extra cushion
  • Blanket to cover yourself to stay warm
  • Pillow for your head
  • Pillow or bolster for under your knees
  • Eye Mask
  • Water
